Customer Savings with reAlpha

Customers who purchase a home using real estate services by reAlpha Realty, LLC, Prevu Real Estate LLC, and Prevu Real Estate, Inc., licensed real estate brokerages, may be eligible for the rebate and, where available, may also choose to bundle reAlpha Mortgage services for an additional rebate as further detailed below: 

  1. Real Estate Closing Credit (up to 1.0%)
    Eligible customers may receive a closing credit of up to 1.0% of the home purchase price. Example: A $550,000 purchase may result in a credit of up to $5,500.
  2. Mortgage Bundle Additional Closing Credit (up to 0.5%)
    Eligible customers who also choose to use reAlpha Mortgage may receive an additional closing credit of up to 0.5%, for a total rebate of up to 1.5% of the home purchase price (subject to mortgage lender approval). Example: A $550,000 home purchase may result in a total rebate of up to $8,250. 

Examples are illustrative only and may not be representative of actual customer savings. The actual rebate amount is not guaranteed and depends on a number of factors including the availability of the services in a particular state, commission minimums, and other transaction-specific factors as further described in the buyer’s agreement.

Homebuyers who purchased a home with reAlpha Realty, LLC, Prevu Real Estate LLC, or Prevu Real Estate, Inc., in 2025 received a median rebate of $10,450.

Important Limitations on the Rebate*

Rebate as a Closing Credit. The Rebate is provided only as a Closing Credit that can be applied toward eligible closing costs and may not exceed total closing costs. Any unused portion of the Closing Credit is forfeited. Closing Credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be rolled over for future transactions or closings using the reAlpha’s platform. Conditions and exclusions apply. Rebate structure and minimums subject to change.

Limited Availability. The Rebate and Closing Credits are only available in jurisdictions where (a) we offer brokerage/real estate services (see Realty Services below) and (b) a rebate/commission credit is permitted by applicable law and regulation.

No Offer Where Prohibited. The Rebate is void where prohibited or restricted by law, regulation, Multiple Listing Service rules, or other applicable requirements.

Taxes and Reporting. The tax consequences of the Rebate and the Closing Credit can vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstances. Customers should consult a tax professional to understand any tax consequences of the Rebate and the Closing Credit. Neither reAlpha, nor its subsidiaries or affiliates provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Rebate Changes. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Rebate (including eligibility rules and rebate formulas) at any time, except that any change will not retroactively reduce a Rebate or Closing Credit for a transaction where an eligible customer has already signed a buyer agreement expressly stating the rebate structure. Any such signed buyer agreement will be honored.

Not a Contract for Brokerage Services. These disclaimers only apply to the rebate and do not replace the buyer agreement or any other agreement entered into between the buyer and reAlpha, its subsidiaries or any of its affiliates.
