Restricting Online Data Collection. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of personal information by both reAlpha and our analytics services provider. Opting Out of Marketing Communications. You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us by going to claire@realpha.com and providing the names/email address that you would like removed from our marketing databases and added to our ‘Do Not Contact’ list” or by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our marketing communications.
You can stop receiving promotional e-mails at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional e-mail that you receive from us.

Company does not publish third-party personalized advertisements on the Website or within the App nor do we publish personalized advertisements on other companies’ websites. Cookies enable the Company to measure and analyze the visits to the Website and App and collect data on the activities of users of Services. We use Google Analytics and/or other third-party data analytics services to place the cookies, track Website and App usage data, and provide reports to us. The Company does not disclose any directly identifying personal information to a third-party data analytics service. We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. reAlpha maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of Investor Information appropriate to the nature of the Investor Information we collect.
