Mike is an experienced operator with a background in financial services, innovation, and large-scale execution. Before joining reAlpha, he held senior leadership roles at BMW Financial Services, where he oversaw a $32B portfolio serving 1.2 million customers, and later served as Managing Director at L Marks, helping global enterprises accelerate innovation. At reAlpha, Mike leads operations, strategy, and delivery across the platform.

Thomas Kutzman

Thomas is a growth-minded executive with a focus on real estate technology and financial markets. He most recently co-founded digital homebuying startup Prevu, where he served as CEO. Prior to Prevu, he held financial markets roles at SAC Capital, JPMorgan, Citi, and Jabre Capital Advisors, focused on investment in US equities.

Vijay Rathna

Vijay is a technologist with two decades of experience building enterprise systems and AI-powered platforms. She led marketing through Root Insurance’s IPO and most recently scaled national reach as CMO of Landed. At reAlpha, Cristol leads brand, growth, and go-to-market strategy with a focus on clarity, consistency, and impact.

Jamie is a seasoned mortgage executive with expertise leading strategy, growth, and operations. She has held senior roles at Amerifund Home Loans, Prospect Mortgage, and Bank of America. She is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Originator since 2001.
